What good is philosophy? Does it help to change the world or, at the very least, to understand it? Whenever something important happens, we look for ways to talk about it. However, in his philosophical magnum opus, TRACTATUS LOGICO-PHILOSOPHICUS, Ludwig Wittgenstein argues that, when it comes to the most essential issues, the “problems of life”, we do not find the words. The British-Irish director and author duo Dead Centre introduced itself to the Viennese audience with their adaptation of Sigmund Freud’s THE INTERPRETATION OF DREAMS. After that they are delved into Vienna’s most important philosopher.
