Publisher and gastrosophist Lojze Wieser and Burgtheater director Martin Kušej present a thoughtfully planned menu that will awaken wanderlust and curiosity for unknown taste sensations as well as for those that have been forgotten and are just waiting to be rediscovered. This time, we will be transported to Flanders, a region that boasts beaches on the North Sea, the memorable port cities of Bruges, Antwerp and Ostend, rain-slick streets and black church steeples, not to mention stewed eel and seafood, fries and foie gras, creamy cheeses and, last but not least, pralines.
