Russische Lektionen

As part of our focus on Russia in our programme, which includes the premieres of DÄMONEN (DEMONS) and EXTREM TEURES GIFT (A VERY EXPENSIVE POISON), several prominent guests discuss the current situation in Russia. A VERY EXPENSIVE POISON is a dramatic account of the 2006 murder of the dissident Alexander Litvinenko in London. The victim’s wife, Marina, sociologist and authority on protest movements in Russia Mischa Gabowitsch , and human rights expert Anna Schor-Tschudnowskaja analyse the political situation and reflect on the potential for change. This panel discussion is moderated by Alexandra Föderl-Schmid, acting editor-in-chief of the Süddeutsche Zeitung.
